Its location is unbeatable just off the water bus and a cafe and museums, shops, galleries, gondolas and water buses.

It was a good location for us, close to the square especially at night when people had had abit to drink and water Taxi and the center of Venice. Furthermore, close to downtown.

We were amazed by the spacious rooms at San Marco Luxury - Bellevue Luxury Suites, the biggest we've seen in all our European trips. The Venetian-style furniture and luxurious touches added a lovely touch to the atmosphere. The location was superb, facing the square with easy access from a side street. The staff were extremely helpful and prompt in their replies to our enquiries. They even kept our bags for us after check-out until our evening flight. The breakfast had a good variety, with croissants, cheeses, different types of coffee, and even omelette. our stay was perfect and we would highly recommend this hotel.

My Xmas stay was a blast! The location couldn't have been better since it was next to the main square and had easy access to many restaurants and shops. I really enjoyed the spacious room and the luxurious touches that were added to the furniture. Breakfast had many options including croissants and coffee. the staff was super helpful and always available to answer any questions.

To be honest, I can't really think of anything negative. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi disconnected once I left the room, but it wasn't a big problem since it was easy to reconnect.
